"Two thumbs way up" for this "sleek, fresh" getaway for casual travelers (or a "businessman's lair") near the MGM tower and seductively close to Beverly Hills shopping; perks include a spa and three pools, "lovely", "wonderfully quiet" rooms featuring balconies with "beautiful" views and flat-panel TVs and an "attentive" staff (though a few detect a "bad attitude"); the "ongoing construction" in the hotel's multimillion-dollar makeover as well as "ridiculous" parking fees rankle a few.

I like the cleanliness and decor.
Check-in process was late and slow with no regards.
The hotel is downtown with mall nearby. For the reputation and price there is nothing complimentary, ex. coffee. Decor and pool area is very nice, bar is hip and entertaining. Parking was a surprise at $35.00/day plus tipping. No restaurants close by and one on property was expensive. Not kid friendly. ...read more

Rooms are nice size, recently refurbished.
Carpet smelled, not much around hotel except office buildings.
Friendly and attentive staff, beautiful lobby, restaurants and bar area. Rooms are large with large closet, good sized bathroom, and great balcony.

Nice hotel, with a friendly staff, but didn't care for the parking fees, the charge for in-room internet.

Gorgeous rooms and great location.
Valet was overpriced and staff was very inattentive and unfriendly.

Concierge service was amazing.
Our hotel was 20$ cab ride from my friends one. We did not save money. Should have book on hot wire like them.
